Along comes flamboyant Maria, Mexican, in her early 40’s, quite unruly and destitute in her appearance, and sits next to Kunal. Maria thinks Kunal to be Mexican and starts talking to him in Spanish. At first Kunal is guarded and reserved but then warms up to Maria’s infectious charm. What ensues is a delightful banter with both Kunal and Maria forming an unspoken bond as its revealed that both of them realize something missing in their lives.Maria, unmarried and childless, reaches out to Kunal on that day, which is Mother’s Day.
