The spicy tandoori chicken wings... It tastes better than the store bought ones for sure!
Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken wings
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons tandoori masala. ( you can use shan or any brand of your choice)
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon five spice powder
Preparation:
Combine chicken wings with remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight.Place wings on grill and cook over a low flame until done.
